Heads up tournament

I am trying to figure out how to set upthe blinds and anties for a heads up tournament. Im sure how to set up the starting blind in proportion to the stack size and at what blinds(again in proporion to the starting stack size ) a match will end. any advice on any part of the idea for this tournament will be helpfull.
