    no limit vs. pot limit

i think no limit is better than pot limit if you dont dont want to give people a chance to suck out. i had pocket aces once in pot limit and raised every turn i got a caller all the way to the river and a king showed up on the river as well as the flop to give this guy trips. he had K3. being that this was limit he knew that he had a chance to catch.if it was no limit, chances are that he would have folded

Eh, I think it's more likely he just thought he was ahead with top pair even though he had no kicker. If you pot every street the pot is going to get big no matter what. There's always a chance to catch up until the river, just got outdrawn is all.

Pot limit is fun, the only time it's really restricting the pot is preflop if you are in early position and bet pot then get 5 ppl smooth calling the smallish initial pot bet

yeah i find no limit much more fun to play... it's that tension that at every moment someone might go all in... and u might double or triple ur chips.... or lose them all =]

i dont think so.... i preffer Pl because with goods hands you couldnt played all in and risk all your chips in one hand. and also its good because loose player couldnt bet so much at preflop... remember that in no limit one mistake and you lose all your chips, in PL its a bit different....

i honest don't see how big different from NL and PL...
in both way you can even get to go all in.
just that u can't go all in preflop PL unless u got other player reraise you a big one.

Yep for me too it's quite the same thing but specially in cash games as real players never go all in very often even if it is NL
