Re: no limit vs. pot limit
see i love omaha hi because you dont lose all your chips neccesarily in one hand but you can still get significant pot when you have a big hand
but like razz limit i just cant stand
-
Re: no limit vs. pot limit
in razz i think is the most easy to bluff.. i've got couple of people fold it couple of time when they think i got better card inside along with all good card showing.
-
Re: no limit vs. pot limit
well its not because of the actual game that i hate razz
its the long time its takes and the fact that it doesn't really exicte me much at all
-
Re: no limit vs. pot limit
yeah i know limit take long time, but in general there are usually less people playing for real money in limit game like stud, razz.. i think most people went to play hold 'em and omaha more.
-
Re: no limit vs. pot limit
i just don't see razz ever becoming really popluar....especially due to the fact its limit
America just tends to favor no limit games
-
Re: no limit vs. pot limit
thats true ima, when you click on razz tab at tilt theres like 15 players if that. click on holdem theres tons
-
Re: no limit vs. pot limit
yeah exactly but there are some people who have skill to play just about general. i think i can handle hold em, razz and maybe stud, but hi/low split or omaha isn't my thing i get a little confused on it somehow.
-
Re: no limit vs. pot limit
well the thing is when i play horse....
i tend to lose focus....and i lose pots in stud razz and hi/lo that i thought i had won
i mean i can play every game, just limit ones is where i usually make mistakes
-
Re: no limit vs. pot limit
yeah. i do fairly alright in HORSE. it just omaha HI/LOW, stud hi/low is kinda hurt me with the split pots when we broke even from high ranks and low balls
-
Re: no limit vs. pot limit
HORSE is pretty nice to play...
but sometimes get confused.... and i dont see that the game has changed, and end up messing things up =]
