    The Beach Boys

How many of us still listen to the Beach Boys. I recently went to Text, for the Austin Colorado game, as most my family went to or is at UT, and i am at CU. So my dad drove up from houston, and was listening to the BEach boys. So now i cant get enough of them, it is such a unique music, and so good.

Used to be one of my favorite groups I listened to all the time..and you do get stuck on them after hearing some of their songs.

I wanna go home too crazee. I miss home and their music reminds me of home. One of the nice things about being born and raised on the beach in CA (other than the obvious) is that for school dances we had all the copycat beach boys bands and some were actually quite good. Their music is still great to this day and brings back so many wonderful memories. One of the beaches I used to go to was Doheny Beach which is mentioned in Surfin USA ... down Doheny way. I spent my Christmas on the beach for the 1st time in 20 years last year and it was wonderful. I'll miss it this year.

Awwww, LA, I hope you get to go home for Christmas on the beach again!

I remember those dances I used to go to some too, and Beach Boys were always a big hit. Of course Surfin USA is one of their biggest hits they had, was a great song. Don't think they had a song I didn't like.

Thank you Crazee, I will go back without a doubt It was a great trip for me and my family. My boys had never been to southern California nor had they seen the pacific ocean so they enjoyed as well. Hopefully, we can all make the trip again within the next few years and I'll make it a beach boys theme now

It was actually pretty cool as a kid on christmas day growing up in California. You could go outside and play with everything you received because it was always nice outside. I have been blessed now that I'm older to have lived in other parts of the US to have seen white christmas' in the north and mild christmas' in the south but there truly is no better place then home for christmas
