    Do I c-bet the turn?

Villain is new and unknown. Stats are 7/0 ~ 14 hands at this point so basically they are meanigless.

    Poker Stars $0.10/$0.25 No Limit Hold'em - 5 players

    SB: $8.75
    BB: $14.00
    UTG: $19.70
    CO: $25.00
    Hero (BTN): $24.65

Pre Flop: ($0.35) Hero is BTN with Qs Ks
1 fold, CO raises to $1, Hero raises to $2, 2 folds, CO calls $1

Flop: ($4.35) Qd Js Jc (2 players)
CO checks, Hero bets $3, CO calls $3

    Turn: ($10.35) 4d (2 players)
    CO checks, Hero v-bets?

If I bet and get raised I am LDO folding. Is it better to maybe check the turn and call any reasonably sized bet by villain on the river?

I think checking is good here.If you bet and he got a hand he will push.If he got nothing he will fold on your bet.

I would check here and play pot control. If a low card comes on the river he might bluff and pay you off. Plus if you check bet then he might think you are bluffing and pay you off.
