lol i had just started drinking and i started trying to bluff. it should have worked but since it was a freerole the person called my check raises lol

I always drink while playing... I give off way too many reads for people when I'm sober.
I get all jittery and I give off soo many physical tells... and well when I'm sitting home playing online.. I'm home so I drink about a half liter of Jack Daniels.. and I do fine
Whatever..its all preference.. if you act like an idiot when you drink.. you'll act like an idiot when you play .. plain and simple...
And any way I think a little drink before the game will go on advantage , In the past gave 100 gramme before battle for bravery

well my thoughts are better to drink and play poker then to drink and drive down the street so i say drink on and play like a champ just stay off the roads
I learned how to play from a bunch of drunks. I won a lot of money off them over the next 10 years and started to think I was really, really good.
Then I played my first live game with sober people and realized it was just that the drunks were really, really bad. After that I stuck to playing with them until they got tired of me taking their money.
