I read about this.It will be interesting to see how it turn's out.I doubt she will get the 1% she's seeking though.I can see her settling for a much much smaller amount.

I don't see how she can sue, especialy if she is within the United States. Hard to sue somebody if you do not know who you are suing. Masterminds behind the whole operation are hard people to find or did you all not watch the 60 minutes special?

I do feel lke she will get somthing out of the deal....but i doubt it will be much. She is one person vs a HUGE company, and lets face it...these days, whoever starts with more money wins the case.
