Becoming an Author?

I am interested in writing some articles but am a bit concerned about information I need to register

It appears that I will need to enter my Name and Email along with my Alias
How much of this information will become public?
I know there is a lot of concern about Phishing and Identity theft. Seems like this is a lot of information to link together? Can I just post articles using my alias without having this other information public?

To be an author here at WDIAV you must be willing to provide your real name and e-mail. As per what info is available publicly your name and biographical information will be public.

As for posting articles using only your alias that is not possible at this time.

It is important that authors provide real names (and yes, it is checked prior to approval) as they are responsible for writing original articles.

If you have further questions about becoming an author just let a mod know and they can get back to you with more information.
