So, do I have to send message to moderator to redeem 50 points for STEP 2 ticket before STEP 1 tourney or after making to top 9 in STEP 1 tourney?

It should clearly mention the exact step, like this (if i am understanding it correctly):

If you're looking to redeem a ticket you need to send a PM to Arnaldo8802 as he is the one tracking ticket winners for the Step Promotion.

Nope...it's right the first way.

If you have 50 forum points to redeem for a Step 1 freeroll, it buys you a Step 1 ticket.

If you place in the top 9 of PLAYERS HOLDING A STEP 1 TICKET OR who are WDIAV rakeback players or freeroll players (who signed up through the WDIAV affiliate program) you win a Step 2 ticket which you can use to enter one of our monthly Step 2 tournaments.

Otherwise, to enter one of our Step 2 Tournaments you need to redeem 200 forum points.

To redeem points for a Step 1 or Step 2 tournament or use your Step 2 ticket to enter a Step 2 tournament, you need to send a PM to me or make a post in the password thread for that evening's tournament BEFORE the tournament starts.
