Hello dearest forum members I want to introduce my first oficial blog into the forum. As you may see i go by the username of DRCANITZ on the forum and on full tilt poker. My name is Daniel Reyes, im 21 years old, I go to medical school and im also a poker player from Tegucigalpa , Honduras.

I remember the first time i saw cards in my life, i was only five years old when my mom show how to play " PITI PAR" which is a game that consists of making three pairs i really dont recall its english name.Since that day ive been playing just for fun nothing serious until one day ,i had 18 years at that time, a friend of mine came into my house and showed me how to play Texas Holdem. He heard about it on ESPN while they were transmiting the World Series of Poeker. I used to see them play and started watching poker hands in youtube and reading articles i found on the internet.
I started playing so much poker that i decided to invite friends into my house so that i could show them how to play and start playing little tournaments.One day we decided it was time to have a poker meeting every thursday night at my house playing just for 100 lempiras, which is our local money currency(About 5 dollars),and we gather up 5 friends and i to play.We played for so long that it was time to prove our real skills on a local casino and we went and won a lot of money.We then started to go more often because we were making big bucks until i decided it was time to quit it , i had started to have issues in my carrer .I had to stop it cause it was taking my whole time and i was forgetting about studying.
After i came back and recover my assignments on my faculty i found out about Full tilt poker. A friend of mine showed me the software and i started playing every night. Its been a big relief cause i dont spend lots of money and i do enjoy playing at the online poker tables. Now im not only a Texas Holdem player i also play really good Omaha HI and low, HA pot limit, and im an excellent Razz player i love it!
